“I went into the sessions with a closed mind, but was immediately made to think and really challenge my perceptions on a lot of things that had already been cemented in my head. I found myself thinking a lot about the sessions and what had been spoken about in the days after the sessions which is not something that generally happens to me. I also found myself really questioning my mindset, the way I focus on negatives and made a real effort to only look at the good in my life. Again, something I didn't really do before. 

If I had of had something like this 6 years ago, I think my mind would be in a completely different place today. I think this should be a mandatory exercise for front line operational soldiers such as myself”

“The coaching sessions were an amazing experience for me. I wasn’t sure what to expect when I first arrived. However Chantal is a comforting and welcoming person to be around and I found it so easy to talk to her. I found myself digging deep and opening up without even realising I was doing it. The coaching sessions themselves are enjoyable; being around horses and the beautiful surroundings is therapy in itself.

The impact of the coaching has made me look at my life and future goals from a different perspective. It has helped me to stop hiding from my problem or burying my head in the sand about issues. But instead helped me find ways to not only deal with them head on but to cope better with difficult situations. I am even sleeping better (which is massive for me).
